An Enviro400 was on the 79/79D today. I think it was 4566 (BVX) but not sure.

Liverpool One Bus station as a terminus point , i do agree someone at Arriva Speke must want this service 500 withdrawn , this is going to be long lingering death. |

It would seem that way but Arriva must have done its homework. I wonder how many people board or alight at the various stops around the city. Apart from the Lime Street and Queen Square stops, I suspect not many. Also, the PVR is reduced from three to two so that will be a significant saving without impacting too greatly on passenger numbers. Time will tell. |
