How will we be short of buses? We've swapped 1 for 1 and lent 1 bus, we still have 4 spare buses in the depot. Read what I said in the wrexham depot forum. I don't understand why you think Rhyl is short of buses. We have 5 spare buses normally which is plenty, like I said in the wrexham post just because a different type bus pops up on a route it's not normally seen on does not mean we are short of buses!
