Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot
RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot
Pulsars are at Aintree apparently, I think 2906 is one of the Birkenhead ones there.

Possibly been mentioned but can't find anything.

April service changes.

411, every 20 mins Mon-Fri. 413,414,418, 423 rerouted to serve the internal stop at hospital.

Some times altered 407,418,423,471,472.

Think that's it

Streetlite 6003 on the 433 today, bit off the beaten track given they're mostly used on the 487

Noted 2501 by Woodside today, had it down as a Green Lane vehicle so not sure how long it's been over here.....

Due to a police incident, the Birkenhead tunnel is closed, cross river routes, diverted via Wallasey tunnel & subject to delays.

RE: Arriva North West - Birkenhead Depot
Interesting article on Wirral Globe’s Facebook page, Birkenhead MP Frank Field has met with arriva and merseytravel to discuss the lack of transport for the Ford and Noctorum estates on evenings and sundays. Arriva are seeking to introduce an evening service until 9.30 pm, and trail a daytime Sunday service. Other options include diverting 423, 437, 471 and 472. I would reckon a Sunday daytime service on the 492/495 would generate a lot of income and footfall. Always looked packed when Avon had it. Even the evening services had a healthy load. Makes you wonder, the 464 never looks busy on a Sunday really, yet they waste 3 buses on that service when the 487 effectively follows the route between Liverpool and Lower Bebington
