Shows how interested both Arriva and Halton really are in this "QBP" as the evening and Sunday service has been left down to Merseytravel. As they have made cut backs elsewhere as of late it's hardly surprising they are unwilling to provide a morning service here. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.
