I spoke to someone at Merseytravel today and he said he was waiting for final confirmation of city line services which will be tomorrow. There's major engineering work during the holiday in the manchester area.
Better to put the right info out by waiting a few days.

If that is the case it would not have harmed Merseytravel to put all the information out about Christmas and New Year travel arrangements at the same time .

The late arrival of the information is going mean the hard copy will be late being published for the Merseytravel Travel Centre's . Not everybody has computer internet access yet.
