I thought it might be as when I'd spoke to HTL previously they'd just said they'd won the 211 so for it to have been the Saturday only would have been unusual. Just checked too, the Merseytravel Update page has been corrected now!

Other new timetables online now are as follows:

Valid from 12th/13th August 2012:

30 (Liverpool - Saughall Massie)
This new Monday to Saturday service is introduced by Impera.
Running between Liverpool. Liscard, Wallasey Village, Leasowe, Moreton, Town Meadow and Saughall Massie, the service runs every 30 minutes during the day and evening.

39/39A (New Brighton - West Kirkby)
The times are changed. All evening buses are withdrawn.

Both services are now operated for Merseytravel by A2B Travel.

917 (Liverpool (St John’s Lane) - Liverpool Football Club (Anfield))
More buses are introduced - Saturday and Sunday buses from Liverpool city centre now start three hours before kick-off.

39/39A (New Brighton - Moreton or West Kirby)
Evening buses are re-introduced, but are now numbered 39A and are shortened to run between New Brighton and Moreton.

Valid from 20th September 2012:

183/184 (Liverpool - Penny Lane (Allerton))
Stagecoach’s Routes 83 and 84 are withdrawn, but are replaced by new Avon Buses Routes 183 and 184.
Route 183 runs the same as Route 83, but the route is extended to start and finish at Penny Lane, whilst Route 184 runs the same as Route 84.
The times are changed. Some morning buses start at Arrowe Park Hospital and run via Prenton and Birkenhead to Liverpool.
