Seems to be commercial between Newton-le-Willows and Leigh Sports village than supported by TfGM and Wigan Council between there and Leigh Infirmary. Odd though that is starts in Merseyside commercially though unless a lot of people from Newton-le-Willows get sent to Leigh Hospital!

Interesting too most of the August contract changes still haven't got new timetables up on the website even though the start next weekend!

I think the 597 to/from Newton-le-Willows might be for students heading to/from Leigh 6th Form College, which is based next to Leigh Sports Village.
