Also moving back are 2163 to Edmonton, 2164 & 2166 to Grays. They're all being towed down by RNW. Assuming 2160 at St Helens will be going as well at some point, these to me were stop gaps to allow the Pulsars to go to Runcorn to cover extra routes from the loss of Halton Transport.
