I would imagine the 47 will remain the current mix of Enviro400s and Pulsars. This route has generally been majority decker-operated for several months now and I don't see why the gradual emergence from lockdown would change that.

It is such a shame looking back that the great bus switch around of 2018 never emerged which would have seen Southport gain additional Enviro400s for the 47. The 375/385 has been a cruel mistress to Southport's Enviro400s as they ride particularly badly, even allowing for ADL's questionable build quality!

Regarding the Commander allocation, 2505 is at Runcorn while 2624 doesn't seem to get out much at the moment.

Southport's Enviro400s are the only ones out of the substantial 2014/5 batch that were built in Scarborough plus they have 40-50% more mileage than any of the Merseyside ones to.
