All the assets have been seized by the administrators. HCT don’t get to say what they get sold for as the finance was secured on them before HCT became involved.

If you default on mortgage payments for your house and the bank repossess it, and they decide to auction it off rather than sell it conventionally you don’t get to tell the bank how to go about it. They take it off you and that’s it.
