Most routes Darts are on get a standing load , and as for The irony of the old Le-Bus slogans high quality, high frequency , there's nothing high quality on getting an X-ANC Dart on route 6 to Warrington. More B10B's would be much better for GL as a whole anyway Darts should be getting fazed out soon so I'll leave it at that
To be honest, if I was part of the ANW management team and I looked at the state of most 58-plated Pulsars and most 09-plated and 59-plated Pulsar 2s (of which, most of them are in the famous "slow mode" - obviously something wrong with maintenance), I'd think, "What the hell are we investing our money here for?"... Green Lane are one of the busiest depots within the ANW division, however, disappointingly, their services definitely run in some of the roughest areas in Merseyside. So, when people wonder why investment isn't coming as fast as expected, take that into consideration. Also, ANW are a business - if they can gain profit from running older buses in service until they're 15 years old, there are no doubts in my mind that that's what they'll do!

(This post isn't directed specifically at you - more of my say on the whole subject.)
