Citaro's certainly enjoying a bit of self-combusting... Aren't they currently being withdrawn from London because they kept setting on fire?

I wonder what the public think of the traditional liveries, I bet many get confused or think its another re-brand. Nice to see First recognising its heritage, this would never have happened under the previous leadership.

I have noticed a few more going to preservation 60315, 60338, 60404 (B10M from Glasgow, I think) and possibly 2 arrows.

Where was 60246 when it set on fire? I only remember 60265 - Tottington, 60266 - Manchester Road, and the one in Ramsbottom.

RE: First Manchester
Regarding 40431 I found out yesterday from various reliable sources that fire started in the fusebox in the drivers cab and it was just smoke rather than a proper fire but it still involved the fire brigade being called and them putting it out, its now now parked on the back wall at the back of Oldham Depot and according to Management its days are over and it won't run again

Its replacement is currently 40382 from Pionner which was still running round yesterday with a Pioneer Destination Blind, now whether 40382 will get an Oldham Blind I'm not sure as it depends on whether Oldham Depot have got any spare destination blinds

Also when I put that Oldham are struggling at the moment I actually meant struggling vehicle wise for appropriate vehicles on 415

RE: First Manchester
Enviro400 33692 on the 408 route today.
An understandable unusual allocation on the 408 from a normal Enviro300/B9 allocation.
Mostly due to a shortage of Single deck vehicles and prioritising allocations for routes that strictly require single deck vehicles such as the 415.
