Northern Line services were six cars from start of service today. Southport line always is on summer Sundays anyway.

Two Southport bound services started life today as Three Cars , one was then made up to a six car from the following service with another 6 car set coming from Kirkdale . It could have been the units ended up in the wrong place yesterday evening , not sure whether there was any disruption last night . |

One of the Chester trains today ran as a 3 car for at least one round trip. Not sure which units were involved but it had been sorted later. Also, 507020's graffiti still hasn't been cleaned. This is a dreadful attack as well - all down one side. 508112 is also tagged.

It hasnt been an issue for so long, now it has flared up again! Merseyrail need to try and sort it out as its wasting money and resources continually cleaning them (or not as it may seem with the case of 507020!) |

Returned on sunday morning after a two weeks holiday and in my local paper believe there was an accident at crescent road crossing. 507024 was involved. RIP to the poor woman involved and thoughts with train crew, family/friends and emergency services. |

Not saying its the problem in this case , but there has in recent weeks been a drop in availability of sets for one reason or another and this could have a bearing on when the units get a heavy clean of any graffiti . |

Availability can't be that bad just at the moment as 52 units were in use on both Saturday and Monday over the extended weekend.

507020 still not cleaned up. Saw it on the Kirkby line and it looks terrible! |
