Off the top of my head...

Wrexham - Corwen: should all be fine for double deckers, they are sometimes used on the 5 and school/college buses in this area and there are no low bridges.

Corwen - Bala: the road through Llandrillo and Cynwyd is quite narrow and windy with some overhanging branches. As stated above by LJ51 DCX there will be some serious tree-cutting needed to avoid smashed upper windscreens! The road into Llandderfel is narrow with plenty of old buildings and turning at the top of the village will be tricky with a decker. Possibly Llandderfel will only be served a few times a day by the workings operated by a single decker?

Bala - Dolgellau: only problem I can see would be through Llanuwchllyn where the road is narrow in places through the village. If a decker had to pass a lorry (or even a van) it might be tricky - there are shop signs etc overhanging the road.

Dolgellau - Barmouth - shouldn't be any problems. There is a low railway bridge in Barmouth but the X94/T3 doesn't go this way so it would only be a problem if the usual route was closed for some reason.

Exciting times ahead!
