Some of you will have seen in the Stagecoach Chester and Wirral thread that Stagecoach are selling most of the bluebirds and selling the Wrexham depot on the Rhosddu Industrial Estate, im sure that GHA will get the contracts once operated by Stagecoach

What makes you so sure?

GHA are always gaining school contracts, and i wouldn't think that any other operators in the Wrexham area will take them on, only GHA would

Funny how G.H.A gain all the school contracts yet Arriva have the most profitable school bus that operates (901)

Ah right, I thought you had some info for a second.

The trouble with operators putting stupidly low prices in is that it devalues the whole market. Then the operator tells the council that they're not paying them enough.....
Unbelievable yet true.

That is one very strict specification!

As it happens, I was in West Wales and saw a Versa on the T2 the other day, and it looked immaculate, really demonstrating how attractive bus travel can be.
No doubt the vehicles used on the T3 will do the same.

Former GHA Coaches step Dart was sold for preservation and it made its first public appearance today at the Llangollen Transport weekend. It has gone back to its origins and now sports a Chester City livery. Photo here on its return to its former operating area of Corwen bus interchange

I have a website which looks at the bus and coach operators in North East Wales. There are current fleetlists for all operators and most have a full historic fleet list.
Included are current depot fleet lists for Arriva Cymru. There are also a number of ceased opertators with historic fleet lists including the GHA Group
The address and a link is www.Ronsbusesandcoaches.com

All you alcoholics in North Wales will know that the 'Route 76 Beer Festival' is on this weekend. As usual GHA will be operating a every 15 minutes service in a clockwise direction, serving Llandyrnog, Llangynhafal, Hendrerwydd, Llanbedr DC, Graigfechan, Llanfair, Ruthin, Rhewl and Llanrhaeadr. Buses with around 40 seats will be used. L409 NUA and R817 OYS arrived at Ruthin on Monday, i assume that they'll be used. Like every year K772/781 DAO will most likely be used. I think 2 more buses are needed but im not sure what they'll be Undecided
