Im assuming the Liscard 413 with be withdrawn to make space for the 414?, also i wonder 403 & 413 will serve Town Meadow like the 423 does?

Yes the 413 Liscard is to be replaced with the 414.

What is the 414 going to be interworked with at New Brighton ?
