I know he got one from Warrington Coachways a while ago as reported on here at the time, I assume its that license he is using?

VOSA seems to only record Philip Higgs currently as a director of Manchester Bus Tours Ltd, but Companies House have Monika Higgs replacing him as director on 4th March - oddly she has 50-75% of the shares while he has over 75%!
;
Coastliner Buses is the former Nuttals licence, renamed November 2019.

.
with director named as Peter Holland on vosa, but according to companies house aforementioned Monika too, with both the Higgs as persons with significant control in the same clearly incorrect proportions.

Wasn't a Nuttall's licence used by Bennett's (Warrington Coachways) shortly before their demise ? There's a distinct aroma of rodent here....

He’s probably already got another licence lined up for when this one is revoked.
