typo here as says the 28 is Wigan - Warrington but its Leigh to Warrington, could mean the 22A

There is a few like that on the official document like 56 Manchester to Rochdale, which is strange as that service will be long gone before October anyways.

I think it because they done it as the local authorities that the route travel through
