Bee Network will take over the 184 service between Oldham and Huddersfield when tranche 2 of the network starts on 24 March 2024. The service will transfer back to Oldham depot, having switched from First Manchester to First West Yorkshire's Huddersfield depot in April 2023 and has been funded by TfGM/WYCA since 10 December 2023, when First WY had planned to withdraw the service.

The registration for the 184 has now appeared under Stagecoach Manchester's licence, along with the 100 from Manchester to Warrington.
