There was a handful of 63-plated Enviro300s on the 53s today (including branded 27904), among a few usual Darts. In contrast, there was a good selection of 61-plated and 12-plated Enviro300s on the 82s/86s (again, with a few Darts and 'deckers, but only a few of the latter as most seemed to be on the 19). Furthermore, a 10A-branded Enviro300 was on the 82/86 whilst Euro6 27905 was on the 20! It seems that allocations are a bit mad at the moment.

Yesterday 27895 was on 10A 's, 14 branded 27701 was on 19's, personally I think it would be better for these to be unbranded.

Off of the top of my head, 24176 and 27713 have been unbranded recently!

All the former 20/21 branded Integral Enviro 300s (27710/11/12/13) and the two former 10/10A branded Enviros (24175/6) have all been de-branded. At a similar time, the allocation on the 10/10A changed entirely to Integral Enviro's.

Stagecoach in general seem to like route branding, with all sorts of different styles in use across the country. It's just a shame Gillmoss have never really been able to keep branded buses on the right routes. The 19 seems to have at least one route branded Enviro300 on it at some point each day.

That reminds me, 20/21 branded 24153 was on 10a's one morning late last week, however this was on the duty that is normally a dart so probably wasn't on there all day.

That might be because some 14s go onto the 19 during Monday to Saturday evenings!

That would make sense based on what I've been seeing, but 20/21 and 10A branded Enviro300s commonly appear on it as well. Absolutely silly to operate in such a way that route branded buses are going off route every day.

I completely agree!

Regarding branded buses on the 19, could it be that some 10s/20s/21s go onto the 19 from Liverpool as a way of getting back to the depot with as little dead mileage as possible? (I'd also say this about the 14, however Willow Way is hardly miles away from Gillmoss Depot!)
