Planned reduction of the 12/13 evening frequency to combined every 20 minutes is not great, it'll be 40 minute frequency if your waiting for either 12 or 13 in Stockbridge or Page Moss areas

7 going to Queen Square rather than Liverpool One

329 increased to every 30 minutes, that currently interworks with the 360, & i see no frequency changes planned to the 360, so that's going to make interworking the 360 awkward.

Who thinks a 20 min service split into two 40 min services will work ?
Its another death by a thousand cuts

Hopefully Bus franchising causes that to be reversed .

Sorry but too big an area loses its services to Prenton (Sainsburys and Aldi) , to me this change will make the 16/16A and 17 even more pointless than the 418.

As someone said the 91 has to be made to work harder even if it is done on a 75 minute frequency .
