I see that Stagecoach is reintroducing weekend late night (midnight and 00.30) 1A Blacon services from next week. Is there now a demand for these services? As yet, there is no indication as to whether or not the weekend Liverpool late night 86 services will be reinstated despite the universities returning shortly. |

I do know Rock Ferry is presently going through a driver shortage due to sickness , probably covid related which seems to be hitting the 471/2 rather hard at times . This as a consequence means the 1 and X1 are getting the better spec double deckers , you can always tell the difference between the 471/2 and X1/ 1 gold buses , by the destination displays as the gold coloured displays are harder to see than the white /silver ones. |

Your quite right, it is unusual to see stagecoach single deck vehicles on the 471/2, I have seen a single deck 471/2 only a handful of times. |

27148 has returned to Gillmoss but 27294 has gone to Rock Ferry in its place! buses7675 http://dartslf.com/ Light up, light up as if you have a choice,
