Got told by my driver friend on friday that from october ace travel have lost the contract for the maghull circulars and it has been awarded to cumfybus but the people of maghull are starting a petition to keep ace on as everyone is so friendly with ace drivers in maghull and cumfybus never turn up on time on 210/250 and in somer cases never at all. |

is there not a 196 for st helens for arugust? its just SLT lost tha contract and thats when someone else takes over or should do at least! Can see the 272/3 disappearing in there present guise as a service from Neston to Arrowe Park Hospital because of the QBP on the services to Heswall , maybe its time to look at extending one of the 471/2 an hour onwards to Neston as a better proposition. The one i will really look forward to is the 118/119 this is the juiciest one of the tenders still left on the wirral , will arriva compete for it actively or will they let it go and use the vehicles that are displaced from it be used to enhance other services. |

Hasn't the 118/119 been Merseybus/MTL/Arriva for a long time. Think it was only Crosville for a few months after dereg. Was a similar situation to the 121/122 until last October when Hattons won it. |

Not been bidded for yet and doubt Impera have it as rumour was Impera had 106 etc and that never happened |
