Halton Transport
RE: Halton Transport
Halton has around 70 buses and their normal service PVR is around 41ish. The rest is only for schools.

However, as others have said, a lot of the schools work into service and schools are generally quite profitable (as many school bus only operators prove)

As for Riverside, don't most of the Cronton college runs stop at Riverside for the students? I didn't think they had other trips.

Riverside College is the name for both campuses, However the Cronton campus is often branded as “Cronton sixth form college” due to it being the centre for A-level qualifications in the Halton area, but that too is a Riverside campus alongside the now closed white elephants Runcorn and Astmoor

Runcorn bound services start at Cronton (stopping inside the campus) then call at Widnes. Liverpool/Warrington services start at Widnes and call at Cronton (stopping outside the campus). Historically the 44 service would start from/end at Astmoor Industrial.

RE: Halton Transport
I would be very surprised if any Halton buses turned up at Gillmoss (certainly yet!) but if any do I'll let you know.

There are apparently four Tridents (18325, 18365, 18372 & 18442) along with five Darts (34811, 34812, 34813, 34819 & 34820) all back at Gillmoss - I cannot confirm why they are here, just that they are!

Light up, light up as if you have a choice,
Even if you cannot hear my voice.
I'll be right beside you dear.
