I just had a ride, not a bad bus tbh. It doesn't have a ticket machine though so one will be installed tonight

Probably while the Enviro gets painted up, was wondering how they were gonna manage to get it painted with no obvious spare bus for the 12.

Apparently it is a problem with the suspension which has forced the Enviro off the road. This is what a drver told me this afternoon.
