Desmond Morris, the zoologist, author, artist and television presenter, has died aged 98. He was best known for his book, The Naked Ape, which was published in 1967. It framed modern humans as still being fundamentally ape-like despite our technological advances and evolution. |

Along with frontman Errol Brown, Wilson co-wrote hits such as You Sexy Thing and Emma, which took the band to the top of the charts in the 1970s. The group were also the first predominantly black British group to achieve major chart success in America. |
