The problem is they decided to withdraw the 423, so they reorganised the other evening & Sunday routes in the Moreton area & have made a hash of it in my opinion.

It may have been better to keep things as they currently are for now, maybe just alter the 407, although 5 an hour Moreton to West Kirby is overkill, but the 38 can be unreliable, then again so can the 407.
