Brouhaha Liverpool International Carnival

The Brouhaha Liverpool International Carnival parade will take place on Saturday 27 July 2013, between approximately midday and 2.00pm.


​The crowd will gather in Mulberry Street before making their way to Princes Park. The parade will only affect one direction of traffic at any time and there will be a rolling road closure in place to accommodate the parade.



All times are approximate and services will operate as normal if and when they are able to do so.

Bus diversions between approximately midday and 2.00pm are as follows:
Route 26 will travel as normal from Liverpool ONE Bus Station to Sefton Park Road, then via Ullet Road, Belvidere Road, Devonshire Road West, Admiral Street, Windsor Street, Upper Warwick Street, then as normal route to Liverpool ONE Bus Station (omitting Croxteth Road, Princes Road and a section of Upper Warwick Street).

Route 27 will travel as normal from Liverpool ONE Bus Station to Upper Warwick Street, then via Windsor Street, Admiral Street, Devonshire Road West, Belvidere Road, Ullet Road, Sefton Park Road, then as normal route to Liverpool ONE Bus Station (omitting a section of Upper Warwick Street, Princes Avenue and Croxteth Road).

Route 75 will travel as normal from Liverpool ONE Bus Station to Renshaw Street, then via Leece Street, Hardman Street, Hope Street, Oxford Street, Grove Street, Upper Parliament Street, Lodge Lane, Sefton Park Road, Croxteth Road, then as normal route to Halewood (omitting Myrtle Street, Catharine Street, Princes Road, Princes Avenue and a section of Croxteth Road). This service will return via the reverse of this route.

Route 80 will travel as normal from Liverpool ONE Bus Station to Renshaw Street, then via Leece Street, Hardman Street, Hope Street, Oxford Street, Grove Street, Upper Parliament Street, Lodge Lane, Sefton Park Road, Croxteth Road, then as normal route (omitting Myrtle Street, Catharine Street, Princes Road, Princes Avenue and a section of Croxteth Road). This service will return via the reverse of this route.

Route 80A will travel as normal from Liverpool ONE Bus Station to Renshaw Street, then via Leece Street, Hardman Street, Hope Street, Oxford Street, Grove Street, Upper Parliament Street, Lodge Lane, Sefton Park Road, Croxteth Road, then as normal route (omitting Myrtle Street, Catharine Street, Princes Road, Princes Avenue and a section of Croxteth Road). Route 86A will travel as normal from Liverpool ONE Bus Station to Renshaw Street, then via Leece Street, Hardman Street, Hope Street, Oxford Street, Grove Street, Upper Parliament Street, Smithdown Road, then as normal route (omitting Myrtle Street, Catharine Street and a section of Upper Parliament Street). This service will return via the reverse of this route.

Route 86C will travel as normal from Liverpool City Centre to Renshaw Street, then via Leece Street, Hardman Street, Hope Street, Oxford Street, Grove Street, Upper Parliament Street, Smithdown Road, then as normal route to Childwall (omitting Myrtle Street, Catharine Street and a section of Upper Parliament Street). This service will return via the reverse of this route.

Route 173 will travel as normal from Belle Vale to Parkfield Road, then via Ullet Road, Sefton Park Road, Lodge Lane, Upper Parliament Street, Crown Street, then as normal route to Liverpool City Centre (omitting a section of Ullet Road, Belvidere Road, Devonshire Road and Kingsley Road). This service will return via the normal route.

Route 202 will travel as normal from Dingle to Warwick Street, then via Upper Warwick Street, Princes Road, Upper Parliament Street, Crown Street, then as normal route to Alder Hey Hospital (omitting Princess Avenue and Kingsley Road). This service will return via the reverse of this route.

Route 204 will travel as normal from Dingle to Warwick Street, then via Upper Warwick Street, Princes Road, Upper Parliament Street, Crown Street, then as normal route to Alder Hey Hospital (omitting Princess Avenue and Kingsley Road). This service will return via the reverse of this route.

Route C4 will travel as normal from Dingle to Crown Street, then via Oxford Street, Mount Pleasant, Hope Street, Upper Parliament Street, St James Place, Park Place, Park Road, Park Hill Road, then as normal route to Dingle (omitting Princes Road, Upper Stanhope Street, Windsor Street and North Hill Street).

Route C5 will travel as normal from Dingle to Park Hill Road, then via Park Road, Park Place, St James Place, Upper Parliament Street, Hope Street, Mount Pleasant, Oxford Street, Crown Street, then as normal route to Dingle (omitting North Hill Street, Windsor Street, Upper Stanhope Street and Princes Road).
