LANCASTER SERVICES

55/55A Lancaster - Carnforth (STL leaflet)
From 3 September 2012 Stagecoach in Lancaster will revise the timetable making minor amendments to journeys serving Carnforth High School together with the introduction of a new Schoolday journey at 0750 from Lancaster to Carnforth High School.

WYRE SERVICES
22 Cleveleys - Bispham - Blackpool - Mereside (OAK leaflet)
From 10 September 2012 Oakwood Travel will introduce this new service. The new service will operate every 30 minutes on Monday to Friday daytime and every hour on Saturday daytime in
each direction.

RIBBLE VALLEY SERVICES
22 Clitheroe - Whalley - Blackburn (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will revise the route and timetable renumbering from Service 225 and operating between Clitheroe and Blackburn only.
The Monday to Saturday daytime frequency will be every 20 minutes with the evening and Sunday service levels as current. Connections can be made at Blackburn with Service 1 for onward journeys through to Darwen and Bolton.

PRESTON SERVICES
From 3 September 2012 Preston Bus will introduce the following changes to their services:

8 Preston - Ribbleton Lane - Moor Nook (PBT leaflet)
The timetable will be revised with minor timing adjustments to the early morning, evening and Sunday journeys.

14 Preston - Holme Slack - Brookfield (PBT leaflet)
The route and timetable will be revised extending the Monday to Saturday daytime service in Brookfield to terminate at the junction of Watling Street Road and Fulwood Row. There are no changes to Lancashire County Council's subsidised daily evening and Sunday service journeys.

16 Preston - Farringdon Park (PBT leaflet)
The timetable will be revised with minor timing adjustments to improve overall reliability.

19/19A Preston - Deepdale - Royal Preston Hospital (PBT leaflet)
The timetable will be revised with additional running time and other timing adjustments to improve overall reliability.

22/23 Preston - Plungington Road - Royal Preston Hospital - Asda (PBT leaflet)
The timetable will be revised introducing an additional early morning Monday to Friday journey at 0540 as well as other minor timing adjustments to improve overall reliability and meet demand to Fulwood Academy HS.

31/31A Preston - Savick - Lea (PBT leaflet)
The timetable will be revised with timing adjustments to the early morning Monday to Saturday journeys.

35 Preston - Ingol - Tanterton (PBT leaflet)
The timetable will be revised with minor timing adjustments to improve overall reliability.

86/88A/88C Preston Orbit (PBT leaflet)
The timetable will be revised with additional running time at Monday to Friday afternoon peak times The Sunday service 88A/88C between Preston and Royal Preston Hospital will be renumbered Service 86 with minor adjustments to the timetable. The Sunday service 88A/88C between Preston and Cottam will be withdrawn, as originally planned from 21 May 2012,
and replaced by additional Service 89 journeys between Preston and Larches only.

89 Preston - Larches - (Lea) (PBT leaflet)
The route and timetable will be revised amending the terminus in Preston City Centre to be the Bus Station rather than Lune Street.

From 3 September 2012 Stagecoach in Lancashire will introduce the following changes to their services:

The timetable will be revised amending the journeys serving Tarleton High School, with minor amendments to the timetable around these journeys.

The timetable will be revised with an additional journey at 0835 from Preston to the College on College days only.

59/59C Preston - Blackburn (STG leaflet)
The timetable will be revised amending the Service 59C journeys serving Preston College, with minor amendments to the timetable around these journeys.

61/61C Preston - Kirkham - Blackpool (STG leaflet)
The timetable will be revised amending the Service 61C journeys serving Preston College, with minor amendments to the timetable around these journeys.

68 Preston - Lytham St. Annes - Blackpool (STG leaflet)
The timetable will be revised amending the journeys serving Preston College, with minor amendments to the timetable around these journeys.

125 Preston - Chorley - Bolton (STG leaflet)
The timetable will be revised amending the journeys which extend to Preston College, with minor amendments to the timetable around these journeys.

SOUTH RIBBLE SERVICES
109 Preston - Leyland - Chorley (FWK leaflet)
From 10 September 2012 John Fishwick & Sons will revise the timetable withdrawing the 1805 Monday to Saturday journey from Preston to Leyland. Alternative Service 109 journeys are available at 1735 & 1835.

111 Preston - Leyland (FWK leaflet)
From 10 September 2012 John Fishwick & Sons will revise the timetable reducing the Monday to Saturday daytime frequency from every 10 minutes to run every 12 minutes. There are no changes to the evening and Sunday timetable.

119 Leyland - Chorley (FWK leaflet)
From 10 September 2012 John Fishwick & Sons will revise the timetable withdrawing the 0755 Monday to Friday journey from Leyland to Chorley and 0825 Monday to Friday journey from
Chorley to Leyland. Alternative journeys are available on Services 109 & 115 between Chorley and Leyland.

WEST LANCASHIRE SERVICES
312 Tanhouse Circular (Arriva leaflet)
From 2 September 2012 Arriva Merseyside will revise the timetable withdrawing the 1319 Monday to Friday journey. Alternative journeys are available at 1249 & 1349.

375/385 Wigan - Skelmersdale - Ormskirk - Southport (TfGM leaflet)
From 2 September 2012 Arriva Merseyside will revise the timetable adjusting running times between Ormskirk and Southport.

395 Wigan - Skelmersdale - Ormskirk (TfGM leaflet)
From 2 September 2012 Arriva Merseyside will revise the timetable adjusting the running times of the 1758 Monday to Saturday journey from Wigan to arrive in Ormskirk 5 minutes earlier.

CHORLEY SERVICES
124 Blackburn - Ewood - Feniscowles - Chorley (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will revise the route and timetable to operate via Livesey Branch Road between Feniscowles and Blackburn, omitting Preston Old Road. The general Monday to Friday timetable will be maintained as current with the daytime frequency operating every 30 minutes. The Saturday daytime frequency will be increased from hourly to every 30 minutes.

Most journeys during Monday to Saturday daytime will run through Blackburn Town Centre onto their Service 2, operating between Blackburn and Darwen via Royal Blackburn Hospital, which will provide a cross town link to Royal Blackburn Hospital. The Monday to Saturday evening and Sunday service route operated on behalf of Lancashire County Council and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council will be revised in line with the commercial Monday to Saturday daytime service.

HYNDBURN SERVICES
From 3 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will resume normal timetables on their local bus services following the six week school summer holiday period.

1 Blackburn - Darwen - Bolton (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will revise route and timetable amending the service to operate between Blackburn, Darwen and Bolton. The general timetable will be
maintained with Monday to Friday daytime frequency every 6/7 minutes between Blackburn and Darwen extending to Bolton every 20 minutes. There will be a similar number of evening
and weekend journeys as current.

The section of route between Accrington and Blackburn will be served by the Service X41 and new Service 41 - see following page for details.

6/6A/7/7A Hyndburn Circular (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will revise the route and timetable amending the services to operating a circular service in both directions.

All Monday to Saturday daytime journeys will be renumbered to Service 6 operating in a clockwise direction and to Service 7 in an anticlockwise direction. Services 6/7 will operate an off peak frequency of 12 minutes, with varying peak frequencies up to every 10 minutes depending on the direction of travel.

Monday to Saturday daytime Service 6 will operate as follows, with Service 7 operating as the opposite:
Blackburn Boulevard, Ainsworth Street, Rishton, Wordsworth Drive, Great Harwood, Harwood Bar, Clayton-le-Moors, Accrington, Oswaldtwistle, Shadsworth, Royal Blackburn Hospital and Blackburn.

There will be no Monday to Saturday daytime variations to routes and the service will incorporate the withdrawn Service 18. Monday to Saturday daytime services will not serve Heys Lane, Thwaites Road, Windsor Road, Intack or Audley Range.

Sunday daytime Service 6A will operate as follows, with service 7A operating as the opposite:
Blackburn Boulevard, Ainsworth Street, Rishton, Great Harwood, Harwood Bar or The Heys, Clayton-le-Moors, Accrington, Oswaldtwistle, Thwaites Road and Intack.

Daily evening Services 6A/7A will operate hourly between Accrington and Blackburn only, until approximately 2230, via Intack, Thwaites Road and Oswaldtwistle.

There will be no daily evening service through Rishton, Great Harwood and Clayton-le-Moors. Lancashire County Council is assessing patronage to establish if a replacement service on this
section will be sustainable.

There are alternative Monday to Saturday daytime services available for The Heys in Great Harwood and Thwaites Road in Oswaldtwistle by M & M Coaches Ltd's Services 231 &
61 respectively.

18 Accrington - Shadsworth - Blackburn (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will withdraw this service. It will be replaced by revisions to Hyndburn Circular Services 6 & 7 - see above for details.

41 Blackburn - Intack - Church - Accrington (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will revise the route and timetable renumbering from Service 1 and operating between Accrington and Blackburn only.

The general Monday to Saturday timetable will be maintained as current with the daytime frequency operating up to every 10 minutes between Blackburn and Accrington, when combined with Service X41 which extends every 30 minutes through to Manchester.

The route into and out of Blackburn Town Centre will be revised as journeys from Blackburn to Accrington will operate via Eanam omitting Penny Street but will return via Ainsworth Street.

The Monday to Saturday evening service will operate hourly until approximately 2230.

152 Preston - Blackburn - Burnley (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will revise the timetable making minor adjustments to journeys where the schoolday only Service 352 PM journey will operate earlier on Tuesdays to cover the early finish at St. Wilfrid's CEHS and the 1650 School day only journey from Preston to Blackburn will be withdrawn where alternative departures are available within 15-20 minutes.

225 Clitheroe - Blackburn - Bolton (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will withdraw this service which will be replaced by new Service 22, between Clitheroe and Blackburn only (see Ribble Valley Services above for details) or the extension to Service 1, from Blackburn and Darwen to Bolton (see above for details).

X40/41 Blackburn (Great Harwood) - Accrington - Manchester (LUL leaflet)
From 16 September 2012 Transdev Lancashire United will revise the timetable making minor amendments to the Monday to Friday timetable. The service will operate a combined frequency with new Service 41 between Blackburn and Accrington (see above for details).

The route into and out of Blackburn Town Centre will be revised as journeys from Blackburn to Accrington will operate via Eanam omitting Penny Street but will return via Ainsworth Street.

The Monday to Saturday evening service will operate hourly until approximately 2230.

BURNLEY & PENDLE SERVICES
From 3 September 2012 Transdev Burnley & Pendle will resume normal timetables on all their local bus services following the six week school summer holiday period. Other revisions will be
as follows:

1 Stoops Estate - Burnley - Pike Hill - Mereclough - Todmorden (BPT leaflet)
The timetable will return to normal with a number of minor changes to pm peak journey times to improve reliability.

X43 Nelson - Burnley - Rawtenstall - Manchester (The Witch Way) (BPT leaflet)
The timetable will return to normal with a number of minor changes to am/pm peak journeys into and out of Manchester City Centre to improve reliability.

ROSSENDALE SERVICES
244 Rawtenstall - Haslingden - Royal Blackburn Hospital - Blackburn (ROS leaflet)
From 2 September 2012 Rossendalebus will revise the timetable extending the Monday to Saturday short journeys between Blackburn and Royal Blackburn Hospital through to Guide. There will be other minor timing adjustments to improve overall reliability.

464 Accrington - Haslingden - Rawtenstall - Bacup - Rochdale (ROS leaflet)
From 2 September 2012 Rossendalebus will revise the timetable amending certain journeys operating around morning and afternoon school times.

482 Bacup - Waterfoot - Rawtenstall - Edenfield - Walmersley - Bury
483 Burnley - Water - Rawtenstall - Edenfield - Walmersley - Bury (ROS leaflet)
From 2 September 2012 Rossendalebus will revise the timetable renumbering all the short journeys operating only between Rawtenstall and Bury to Service 483. There are no changes to the route or times of these journeys.
