As I understand it the 25 deckers into St Helens should have replaced the following:
2701-2710 to Green Lane to displace 3062-3068, 3154 (Midlands) & 3069/70 (Shires)
3023-26 & 3047/8 to Green Lane to displace 3071-3076 (Shires)
2988-90 to Birkenhead to displace 3123-25 (Shires)
2991-93 to Southport to displace 3079-81 (Shires)
2676 to Wythenshawe
plus 3 other single decks to be disposed of?
