To be honest can not really complain about the vehicles disappearing to go to another part of the Arriva empire , the Merseyside operations have seen a big improvement over the last five years .

I think Arriva's investment is because there looks to be a change in transport policy in the next couple of years whether the Consevatives or Labour get in power in May , whereas Stagecoach are not investing as heavily because there don't think the policy is workable .
