#71 has 'character' because it's got a serious gearbox fault and it's unreliability often left it depot and morning school service use only (Where it also frequently failed).
#73 is by far the best of the 70's batch, and it's reasonably reliable
#75 is okay, slow, but okay (A frequent am 44 and 17/A vehicle)

#71/72 will probably not be making a return with the arrival of the recent Optare Solo's. Plus with #71 coming up to its 15th birthday, it can no longer be used on merseyside school contracts that Halton may gain next contractual season.
