Think the 20p's where given out because there has been a problem with 10p's not getting recognised by the toll booth equipment , which has since been rectified .

Probably the reason it hadnt been picked up earlier was the price of the toll previously meant most people where only putting £1 and 50p coins in the machines .

Wonder what the discount is these days for a FastTag .

10p a journey, I've been using fast tag for about 10 years now!
