Transferring the 10/A to GL wouldn't do anything to increase the business case. If anything, it'd decrease profitability through dead running. I'm curious to know why you think it would strengthen any case by transferring Jackson Street's most profitable routes to another depot? If management wanted the deckers, I've no doubt they could justify at the very least an allocation of half the PVR. I suspect part of their argument against deckers would be that, until Huyton, these services can, and do, run very lightly loaded from the St Helens end outside of college peak journeys. ![]() |
