Another photo of a Streetlite - apologies! This time it is WS1 of Dublin Bus. I have mentioned these before. DB bought two of them for the 44B route which operates from Dundrum into the hills in the morning and evenings only. It is a worthwhile route to travel on, but you really have to stay onboard for the return trip. Only one is required for the 44B. A few years back the NTA introduced the 44D to provide extra capacity for the 44 in the peaks and the spare WS sees use on it. Its an odd route and parallels the Luas tram which does the journey in half the time of the bus.

The WS are the smallest of the Streetlites and as I have shown before Bus Éireann have WM and WL class buses and the GAI ones are WLs. City Direct and B Kavanagh operate the WM type though not all are indicated as such.
