I think they are LCR owned and merely leased to Stagecoach, with the lease transferring to another company if they win the Gillmoss/Green Lane franchise in place of Stagecoach.

Given that franchising was decided on around 3 years ago, the delivery dates were academic allowing for imminent/current franchising.
