Of course, there is nothing that can back those who passed away, but hopefully this report will give some small comfort to those who lost loved ones on a spring day in April 1989. I can only hope that those victims families feel that their pain is slightly lessened knowing now what they suspected all along and that a little bit of justice has been done. They'll never be forgotten. You'll Never Walk Alone.
