LNWR and WMT have done some really good fare promotions in the past year. So good it's encouraged me to use Hartford station and a long connection at Crewe on occasions. I wonder if they'll be any good ones going forward.

I recall TPE doing their best ever fare promotion in the year before they were nationalised, and nothing as good since.
