The roads aren't in a great state in Cheshire East, which isn't necessarily a fault of the bus design. While the Enviro is one of the most popular bus types, quite a few smaller operators have said they drink more diesel than other bus types.

As I don't drive the buses I can't comment myself, but I have heard when it comes to Solos and Streetlite WFs some drivers dislike the space saving idea of putting the wheels at the very front of the bus.

I suppose the final decision boils down to which factors an operator sees as the most important.
