75% of trips which were removed are being reinstated so a revised timetable is still technically in operation as the other 25% are still cancelled.

Lakes Line is fully back up and running
Ormskirk is still missing 6 services (Ran by RRB)
13 services missing between Colne and Blackpool South (Ran by RRB)
Some trips are apparently removed between Blackburn and Southport via MCV
6 trips missing between Kirkby and Manchester

Liverpool timetable is as normal I think (except Glazebrook has 1 return RRB Mon-Fri to Irlam for some random reason. Surely it would be easier to make the train stop http://prntscr.com/kccklb )
