EDIT: Also, the SP1/2 Versas weren't owned by FCC, they were purchased with Taith funds for services to St Asaph Business Park that never happened. They sat for a year before all Taith Councils were invited to 'bid' to use them. FCC 'won' the use of the four Versas.

Ahh. Interesting way of doing things.

Thanks for enlightening me on the Versa situation. I thought they were bought by FCC and were specifically for the tender.
