Nice to see the old P&R Commanders back at their original home. I'm hoping they will be used on the 300 at the expense of the inferior Renowns.

According to a relative in Haskayne the residents really aren't happy about the changes to the 300. He claims that the residents are pressing on arriva to reconsider however im not sure how true this is. Either way I dobt it will make much of a difference. On a side note 2723 has been involved in some sort of collision today in Liverpool - Credit to arriva Southport news and photos page |

From pictures ive seen on Facebook 2723 only appears to have a smashed windscreen so will most probably be repaired. It apparently rear ended a Stagecoach bus on route 1. (credit facebook) |

Marshall Dart 7656 is now withdrawn and is awaiting collection by its new preservationist owners. 7653 is reportedly the next Marshall to be withdrawn. DAF DB250/ALX400 4097 replaced failed Volvo B10B/Wright Renown 2723 on the 300 today, a very rare working. Unfortunately it broke down in Maghull on the return trip. |

2722 replaced 2247 on the 42/44 this afternoon. The remaining Marshalls, 7636, 7653 and 7654, were all out - on the 42/44, 43/46 and 49 respectively. 4090 was on the 41. 4095 was on the 43/46 with 4104. View my new Flickr Updated!
