There is a yellow side and a grey side. I'm not massively sold on it to be honest - a bit too much like an advertising livery. The front ends look the same as before from these pictures. I hope they've at least taken the chance to re-vinyl these as well. Still, at least it's going to massively improve the external cleanliness of the fleet.

The MD has claimed that the first two units in the new livery will be in use from Monday on the Ormskirk and Chester routes. Some more pictures and info in the Globe, seemingly the first local newspaper to put an article up: http://www.wirralglobe.co.uk/news/109953...rail_fleet

In all fairness to Merseyrail, that looks like correct English to me. There would be no need to add an apostrophe to 'till' because it isn't a truncation of the word 'until'. A brief explanation here.

The correct English would be "shop 'til you drop" using an apostrophe and dropping an l. |

It is the word from which 'until' was derived. If anything, 'til is non-standard usage arising from a misunderstanding and could be considered wrong.
