More details on the Echo website.

The routes being taken over by Arriva are the 6, 14A, 17, 61, 62, 200 and 201.

However, the 14A and 61 will no longer run to Liverpool, remaining within Halton Borough, and the 62 will run between Halebank and Murdishaw rather than heading on to Warrington.

It's good the statement on there:
"However to ensure as little disruption to customers as possible Arriva will aim to run the majority of these new routes from Saturday 25th January."

But the situation with the 17 seems a little less clear:
"Arriva will continue to operate its 17 service between Widnes and St Helens as per our registered times. In addition, we will also look to provide additional capacity where necessary. Arriva will be introducing a new and improved frequency for our 17 service imminently."

Thought that would happen. It will certainly mess up the frequency on the Sutton Manor corridor unless the 30 gets dropped to every 30 minutes to make it equal.
