Also on that note as i mentioned in the Chester thread LJ51DCV (0916) is the confirmed MPD that has gone there from Wrexham it may or may not see use as it is down as a Temp Withdrawal at the moment.

I'm not the biggest fan of MPD's but I quite like 0838, probably because it's the smartest one. It had the yellow stripe that goes along the front bumper, as shown in Macauley's photo in the link below

Also a rare example still to carry the badges on the front, retained due to painted in the old workshop at Caego if I remember correctly in its first stint at Wrexhamm prior to been allocated to Abersytwyth and returning.

Reason for that is a change of routing in Chester due to the upgrade of Frodsham Street and the surrounding area.
