So it looks like some of the alterations allow some vehicles to be released for the 22 , is it a case of rob peter to pay paul.

Why don't Avon drop the 82/82A and run the new 22 through to West Kirby, with a 22A variant running the Heswall to West Kirby 82A route - it would surely make it simpler for passengers after the initial change around?

Looking at the new 22 timetable, looks like this service will replace the current 80 between Newton and West Kirby

22 route branded MCV 108 was out in service today on the 10, looking very smart after its repaint
