Quick visit to Tralee on Friday. Tralee is to the south west of the country and a long way from home. My primary reason to visit was not successful but I did manage to get a few photos of the buses in and around the bus station. The bus depot is immediately adjacent to the bus station and which is next to the train station. It is not overly busy due to the location of Tralee and the sparse population of the area. Killarney would be a greater tourist trap that here, but still worth a visit. There is a mythical town bus service but I saw no sign of it between 15.00 and when I left late in the evening. Local Link are in evidence.

VB463, SE22 & SE57 Tralee Depot 17 July 2026 - The VB class based buses would not wander much from Kerry so are nice to see.


SC322 Tralee Depot 17 July 2026 - The depot here always had a good reputation for maintence. SC322 looks well in the sunshine.


VB464 Tralee Station 17 July 2026 - Came in with a good crowd and there was a decent number waiting to head back eastwards.


252KY876 Lower Castle St. Tralee 17 July 2026 - Originally Local Link were set up to fill the gaps and serve rural areas. In more recent years the network has grown as have the buses. These eVoRas are common throughout the country.
