How much will the PVR be reduced by with the 395 withdrawal and reductions on the 360?

Bare in mind that the 10 is increasing, it could be pretty neutral

From every 20 minutes to every 15 minutes.
PVR increase of 2 minimum. (9 vice 7)

329 is also increasing from every 40 minutes to 30.
(However there is likely to be no major impact on PVR due to 360 reduction to hourly)
