I don't know how their drivers are rostered but perhaps they need to maintain Southport drivers route knowledge?

All the Northern Line destinations at one point this morning had services struggling due to iced up 3rd Rails .
Also Chester - Hooton services affected by ice in the Capenhurst / Ledsham area.

Of all the 777s this is possibly one that has done the most test running - along with 002, it was on the Velim test track for quite a while
