RE: Stagecoach Merseyside - Gillmoss Depot Now that routes 20 & 21 have received new double-decks, I wonder whether routes 17 & 19 will follow? I saw a few Enviro 300s on route 82 at least on Tuesday. It might be a good idea to have the entire city centre network double-deck!

RE: Stagecoach Merseyside - Gillmoss Depot Routes 17 and 19 do receive deckers on match days. There are not sufficient deckers for a full service on the 20/21 due to some being allocated to Chester and Rock Ferry. All time rail mileage travelled 327264 miles

I also suspect that the 20/21 has single-deckers allocated at quieter times to reduce the incidents of vandalism on the top deck which hasn't, unfortunately, disappeared.

There'll be 65 Enviro400s and (I think) three Tridents (18385, 19031 and 19038) - so if my fleetlist is correct Gillmoss will have 68 double deckers As much as I think the 17 could do with extra capacity I think the 10A and 82 are higher priorities

I saw a few single-decks on route 82 although IIRC it may have been all double-deck albeit on a Saturday last October.

RE: Stagecoach Merseyside - Gillmoss Depot There are a few deckers stored in Gillmoss as well. 17272, 17745 and 18154. Then there are Rock Ferrys Enviro400s, only one has been refurbished so far, that being 19054.
